Lighting Tower
The Manual Mast Lighting Tower with horizontal mast option is designed for applications requiring wide-angle horizontal illumination. Built with a sturdy steel structure and corrosion-resistant stainless steel fasteners, it features a horizontally deployable mast for broad lateral lighting coverage. The mast is manually operated with a hand-crank mechanism, offering simple operation without the need for a hydraulic system, resulting in lower maintenance costs. Metal halide lamps are available as an option for applications requiring higher brightness and stronger penetration. Ideal for tunnels, bridges, road construction, and large equipment maintenance where horizontal lighting is essential.
The unit operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 50°C. Equipped with a 120L fuel tank, it provides up to 120 hours of continuous lighting on a full tank. When deployed, the horizontal mast enables 180° wide-angle illumination from 4×350W LED lamps, covering a width of over 30 meters to meet large-area horizontal lighting requirements. When equipped with optional metal halide lamps, the power range is 2.4–10 kW, delivering enhanced brightness and penetration.
The core advantages of the Manual Mast Lighting Tower with horizontal mast lie in its horizontally deployable mast for wide-angle illumination, ideal for tunnels and bridges; hand-crank mast design for simple operation and low maintenance; high-strength steel structure with stainless steel fasteners for corrosion resistance; optional metal halide lamps for high-brightness and high-penetration lighting; and 4×350W LED lamps with high brightness and long service life.
The horizontal mast deploys laterally for wide-angle illumination, ideal for tunnels, bridges, and long-distance horizontal work zones. The vertical mast lifts vertically for large-area coverage, suitable for open sites such as mining and construction sites.
The mast is operated with a hand-crank mechanism, offering simple and reliable operation without the need for a hydraulic system, resulting in lower maintenance costs.
