Dewatering Pump
Overview
The Z Series diesel self-prime trash pump unit is designed for construction site dewatering, municipal sewage transfer, and mine emergency drainage. Featuring a semi-open impeller and mechanical seal, it efficiently handles fluids containing large solid particles. Equipped with a Stage II compliant diesel engine, the unit is ISO and CE certified, ensuring long-term reliable operation under demanding conditions.
The unit operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -15°C to 50°C, with a maximum suction lift of 7.6 m for rapid priming. The impeller and casing are made of ductile iron and cast iron, offering excellent wear resistance for sandy or high-solid-content environments.
The core advantages of the Z Series lie in its high solids handling capacity up to 76.2 mm; mechanical seal and liquid-cooled engine for harsh conditions; low fuel consumption for cost-effective operation; and mechanical governor for easy operation.
Yes. The Z Series can pass solids up to 76.2 mm in diameter, making it suitable for sandy or debris-laden wastewater.
Priming time depends on suction lift and pipe length; under standard conditions, priming can be completed within minutes.
The unit operates reliably from -15°C to 50°C, adapting to various climatic conditions.
The unit is equipped with a Stage II compliant diesel engine, meeting international environmental requirements.
